BellaBeat Fitness Tracker Analysis #

I completed this project as the capstone for the Google Data Analytics Certificate. I use spreadsheets, SQL, and R to analyze FitBit data to help a competitor make important business decisions.

Cyclistic Membership Analysis #

I elected to complete the optional second capstone for the Google Data Analytics Certificate to demonstrate my skills with SQL and Tableau. In this project, I help a bikeshare company in Chicago analyze a year’s worth of rides to determine the best way to convert casual riders into annual members.

Online Chess #

This project takes a dataset of online chess games and answers a set of research questions such as: how many games were won by White or Black? Which openings were the most successful? Which user won the most amount of games?

Lego Set Sales #

In this project, I use Excel and Python to answer research questions about Lego sales over the past fifty years, such as: How many LEGO sets have been released since 1970? Is there a noticable trend? Is there a relationship between the price of a set and its number of pieces? Are LEGO minifigures most closely tied to licensed sets?

UK Trains #

With Python and Power BI, I explore and visualize a dataset about the UK rail system. I answer several research questions about revenue, peak travel times, popular routes, and the cause of delays.

Excel World Championship Sample Cases #

These sample cases from the Microsoft Excel World Championship are the perfect opportunity to demonstrate my Excel skills in solving complex problems in a business context.
